According to @the_andrey_x, on 5 September 2026 the sole entrance to al-Mughayyir was closed by a flying checkpoint, at times manned jointly by soldiers and settlers, and settlers grazed flocks on privately owned Palestinian land under army protection. The same post says soldiers detained two brothers at a scrapyard, beat them after they refused to clear rocks from the road to a new settlement outpost, and threw one of them to the ground. No independent report of these specific events was found.
