Settlers set up a new outpost on private land a few metres from Palestinian homes at Taybeh junction, cut fencing around the compound and agricultural land and blocked owners from their land, according to Zeale News and footage filmed by journalist Andrey Khrzhanovskiy. In the video an activist tells soldiers that settlers threw rocks at them during the night. The army declared a closed military zone and ordered activists and some residents to leave, while the settlers were allowed to stay, according to Zeale News.
