Settlers temporarily severed the water networks serving the Bedouin communities of al-Hathroura and Sateh al-Bahr in Jericho governorate. In Sateh al-Bahr they installed a pipe connecting a nearby outpost to the community's water supply. Residents repaired the damage after a few hours. OCHA says it was the second time that month the networks had been cut.
