Settlers firebomb homes and vehicles in Atara

In the early hours of 15 August 2025 Israeli settlers attacked Atara, north of Ramallah, throwing Molotov cocktails at homes, vehicles and property; a vehicle and a house were set alight and video showed a large fire. Middle East Eye reported the arson was carried out under the protection of Israeli forces and followed the re-establishment of a settler outpost near the town's entrance the day before. No injuries were reported in Atara and the Times of Israel reported no arrests that night.
