On the night of 14 July 2025 Israeli settlers set fire to Palestinian vehicles parked in a lot on the outskirts of Burqa, east of Ramallah; footage showed several cars engulfed in flames. WAFA reported that a junkyard in the western part of the village was also set alight. A resident told WAFA that soldiers arrived after the attack and made no arrests. No injuries were reported.
