Dozens of settlers, some armed, attacked the Ras Ein al-Auja Bedouin community under the protection of Israeli forces, according to OCHA. Settlers broke into the western residential area and tried to mix their sheep with Palestinian-owned livestock. About 1,400 animals were stolen and 12 goats killed; at least three houses and several solar panels were damaged. A Palestinian man who tried to stop them was restrained by Israeli police while settlers beat him, then detained and released two days later.
