About 17 armed, masked settlers from a newly established nearby outpost set fire to a home and a vehicle in the Ma'azi Jaba' Bedouin community, partially burnt an animal shelter and fodder store, damaged a donor-funded latrine and three solar panels and vandalised five homes, according to OCHA. About 60 more settlers then entered with Israeli forces, who fired live ammunition, closed the community entrance and blocked fire trucks. Four Palestinians were injured by stones and assault; a family of four was displaced.
