On the night of 6 December 2024 armed settlers believed to be from a newly established Pnei Hever outpost broke into a house in Masafer Bani Na'im, Hebron governorate, while the family, including children, was inside. They threatened the family at gunpoint, demanded that they leave, vandalized belongings, slashed the covers of two residential tents and destroyed a solar panel system.
