On 23 November 2024 armed settlers wearing what appeared to be military uniforms stopped a Palestinian man driving near al-Karmil village, Hebron governorate, dragged him from his vehicle and assaulted him, leaving him unconscious by the roadside. They drove his vehicle to Susiya settlement; residents found him and called an ambulance. The car had not been recovered at the time of OCHA's report.
