Armed settlers believed to be from Asfar settlement raided the herding community of Juret al-Khiel in Hebron governorate and vandalised homes and property, damaging four residential caravans and six solar panels. Eight families, 41 people including 13 children, fled with their sheep to a nearby valley. The settlers returned to threaten them, and on 21 October erected two tents in the community. The families were displaced to Sa'ir town; OCHA counted it as the 11th fully displaced West Bank community.
