Armed settler shoots a Palestinian at point-blank range in at-Tuwani as a soldier watches

At about 1 p.m. on 13 October 2023, two settlers and a soldier entered at-Tuwani. An armed settler burst into the Rib'i home and struck two brothers with his rifle. Outside the mosque, he beat Zakaria al-'Adrah, 29, and shot him in the abdomen at point-blank range in front of the soldier. Soldiers at Zif Junction turned the ambulance back, and al-'Adrah spent 80 days in hospital.
