During the funeral of four Palestinians killed in Qusra the previous day, settlers blocked the road with tyres. When mourners tried to clear the road, settlers opened fire, killing Ibrahim al-Wadi and his son Ahmed. The Palestinian Ministry of Health attributed the shooting to settlers; the victim's brother said both settlers and Israeli soldiers fired on the mourners.
