Settlers firebomb family home in Sinjil at night

In the early hours of 26 March 2023, four Israeli settlers threw incendiary bottles into the home of Ahmad Maher Awashreh, 35, in Sinjil, north of Ramallah, while his family, including children, slept inside. Residents rushed to the scene and helped get the family out alive and stop the fire before it spread through the house. Al Jazeera also reported the night-time torching of a Sinjil home whose sleeping family escaped.
