Settlers raided a protest in al-Mughayyir (Ramallah) and clashes broke out. Israeli forces intervened, firing rubber-coated bullets and live ammunition. A 15-year-old Palestinian boy was killed by either an armed settler or Israeli forces, and three Palestinians were injured, two by live ammunition fired by either settlers or forces, according to OCHA.
